Shipping & Collection
All orders are packed and sent from our Manchester studio.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Bespoke/Custom Items
(including Upholstered furniture)
- Custom pieces can be collected from our studio, by arrangement
- A courier can also be arranged
- Shipping costs vary depending on size and location and are paid by the customer.
- Custom items have longer lead times. For estimates, please contact us at

Ready-Made Items
(Cushions, lampshade kits, fabric & small homewares)
- Delivery costs are paid by the customer
- We don’t build delivery costs into our prices — we only charge what the courier charges us
- Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout
- UK Mainland Delivery: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch for in-stock items that are ready-made (excludes custom orders - please see above).
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays
